My scout he has the ability to judge a players ability of 1 and the ability to judge a players potential of 3. Oh but his Fitness Coaching is 14. Is there no such thing as career guidance in schools anymore. Anyway he has found 9 players in the first 6 weeks so I’ll keep him scouring the countryside.
I found two players in my squad that had staff profiles, One my goalkeeper had a very good goalkeeper coaching attribute. And a DC that was looked to be just as bad a coach as a DC.
Now my board say that I should have one coach and I do but the though that I had to waste the “talent” of my two player coaches was too much so I signed the pair on as Players/Coaches for the same money as they were getting as players. Just wondering what others would have done in that situation.
One hopes your job isn't copywriter. Would make the title appropriate, though
I say if your coaches are pish and the players have good stats, why not get two jobs out of them for their money? We all know footballers are lazy gits anyway, so working a second job won't hurt them
I thought the board meant you should only have one general coach so I appointed one of my players as goalkeeping coach and the other as youth team coach, the board did not seem bothered.
Nothing wrong with staff doing double duty. The nice ones don't even ask extra for their coaching duties, but given the quality of their coaching its best they don't usually!
