I've offered 3 of my players player-coach contracts and they've all jumped at the chance.

They're all useless, though, and barely adequate combined as a replacement for my youth coach who left for greener pastures.

Make 'em earn their muesli, that's my opinion.

Yeah... I'm unsure how player/coaches fall into the whole "limit your staff" deal. So far my board rooms have said "you should have no more than 1 coach." Since my *only* coach was a GK coach, I decided he didn't count, and hired a general one. Then there's a player I have with pretty spiffy coaching stats... and really I'm thinking I should let him coach, too. Seems most realistic.
