I'm not sure I understand the whole concept of feeder clubs all that well, so let's start with my perception: two clubs enter in a relationship by which players from the higher placed club can be sent on loan to the lower placed club in order to get first team experience, thereby helping the lower placed club out because the players on loan are sure to be of superior quality in comparison to the lower placed clubs leagues players.
Right?
In the demo I simply tried to loan all the reserve team people from the club we are alledgedly in league with (No, didn't scout them. No time. I'd scout them in a real game of course, so don't start.) None of the reserve players was interested.
So it doesn't seem to work very well anyway, but the bigger question is: is this feature realistic at all? Does it happen IRL that players from large-ish clubs (just below EPL) go on loan to conference clubs?
Last season we (Halifax) had a player on loan from West Brom, and whilst Premiership loans are rare, for the weaker loan players happinging from time to time.
Most links I've been aware of tend to involve getting players from loans through staff connections and locality. Not aware of any formal links. Had many a Sheffield Utd and Bradford City youngster on loan at the Shay.
Reading loan out a few of their junior players but they are all to different clubs AFAIK
Don't think there is any specific ties as such but they seem to have good relations with Brentford, due to the manager of the Bees being something to do with Reading's past. A few players have gone either way in the past couple of years.
