Huh. Check out Birmingham City's entry in Wikipedia (obvious warning - player names present). Three loans this year from Arsenal, plus a player a year or two back which was a loan turned purchase.
I just like fanning the flames. |

I can think of two loans from Arsenal to Birmingham which turned into a purchase, one of them has moved on to Liverpool now, the other is an injured centre half.

Correction, a talented injured center half and an skillful ex convict winger
From my humble opinion, feeder club links and just comprehensive relationships often get disordered.

Yeah, they don't seem to stick around for long. Going back through Birmingham City's transfer history, they seemed to have some understanding with Chelsea just before Mr. Moneybags arrived. Now for the last couple years, they're dealing with Arsenal a lot. History would seem to predict this won't last, and was more of a fluke.

Arsenal have an agreement with Barnet. We use Underhill for our away games and in return we play a friendly with them in pre-season and they keep all the gate receipts.

And this makes Arsenal a feeder club for Barnet in what way, exactly?

| And why exactly is a GPGer contributing to this forum?

| That hardly fits into the discussion considering they're both in the EPL.

Don't think there is any specific ties as such but they seem to have good relations with Brentford, due to the manager of the Bees being something to do with Reading's past. A few players have gone either way in the past couple of years.
| There's always been a good Relationship between Brentford and Reading IRL - nothing to do with the proximity of the 2 Clubs - just good neighbours I think
