Ian might be able to confirm this, but I think it was Wocko who spent 13 seasons trying to get out of the Conference back in CM3?

Not the lowest of LLM.
However i once managed Rotherham in League 1 and spent 7 seasons either losing in the play-offs or finishing 7th  | |
