So the llamas in here agree that one shouldn't just search for free agent players and sign them if their stats are good. But what about coaches and other staff? Is a true llama able to search for staff from the free agent list and sign them? Or what is the right way of expanding staff in the right ethos of llamas?

The job centre, with its refinements, seems at first glance to be the way to do things now.
In FM06, the job centre was as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Because the job centre on FM06 is about as useful as well... a real life job centre.

Thanks for quick replies.
I have another question concerning reserves and u18 fixtures when playing in conf south. Is it ok to arrange an own series where reserves play against u18s since there's no series for them?

How you decide to arrange fixtures for your U-18s is entirely up to you.
