My chairman just went over my haid and did the same thing. Apparently the terms of the contract stipulate that I can't cancel it for a year aswell!

Still, apart from the £7K per year I don't rally think it will affect me much. I won't arrange the friendly and I'm not about to ask for any of their players on loan. I'll just cancel it at the earliest possible time.

So you say that there aren't allowed to be feeder clubs in the UK, so what about in all the other leagues? Is that alright or is that still bad?

This parent club thingy has got out of hand. Been at two clubs at lowest level possible in their country and got Dinamo Kyiv and Roma as feeder clubs. And I never asked for them. Not that they send anyone my way though.

Got slaved out to Birmingham so far in my game. Consider this mostly realistic as it opens up Eastern Europe to them, and we get 30k a year spending money.

Also just picked up my first "feeder" club for information, but as a top division Belarusian team, creating a link with a lower division russian team seems realistic and I needed somewhere to ship out my reserve squad.

I'm playing as Port Talbot in the Welsh League, the vast majority of my players earn less than £100 a week. I get gates of under 300. The club has never won anything....

Yet if I go to my boardroom screen my Chairman apparently thinks the club is too big to have a parent club!

(We did have Swansea as a parent, but I cancelled it as soon as I started the game.)

If you are going to get a bollocking from the chairman over it I would just accept any loanees that are sent and just let them rot in the reserves. I like “Brian’s” idea of extreme training although I think he should have also trained all the outfield players as goalies and visa versa

I know its not allowed but my Chairman just does it, I cant cancel the link and I cant send back more of the loanees. So I cant see anyway around it

Only if you abuse it
