Only job offer i've had so far in 4 seasons of my Belarus save is the Polish International Job, which I promptly turned down, inside the first season and a half. Nothing since but I guess the offer was mildly realistic considering there aren't that many successful Polish managers out there atm  ..

There are some pretty high players in the Carribean, oddly they play near sea level though.

instersting in my game I started of unemployed then took the Brigton job. did that for half a season dont go well not for the one of trying just unlucky really. anyway quit the Briton job and took the millwall job and took them up the table and misses out on the playoffs by one point. 2nd season unway just should be intersting has I have a better defence then last season.

Weirdly yes. I was just about to get sacked by Kettering, having taken them from Title Favourites,to relegation danger by Feb, when Notts County sacked their manager, and announced I was favourite to take over!

I'm Bristol Rovers, half way through the season, top of the league, just killed the giants that are West Ham in the League Cup...then drew Arsenal! D'oh! But I'm at home, so hopefully will enjoy the attendance take.
The reason why some of you are getting offered jobs so quickly is 'cos you've made yourself ex-pros. So you're basically starting a few levels up before you've done anything. E.g. Stuart Pearce/Glenn Roeder/Gareth Southgate...and SO many more.
If you're going to be a LLM, dont give yourself rep.

Would that count if you are an ex pro or semi pro. Or in the spirit of LLM should you set it as the lowest setting for better realism.
