I'm still waiting for SI to sort out its horrible distribution of the game for overseas markets, so I have a few questions while I wait for the game.
1. Is it easier to get a job now, especially if you don't play as one of the top nationalities like English, Spanish, Italian, and so on? I never received a job offer in FM 2006, regardless of my accomplishments. And rarely could I apply for a job and receive it, unless it was some crap international side like The Gambia.
2. Does manager reputation go up at a realistic rate now? This may have only been a problem for managers of nationalities with lower prestige, but it was nearly impossible to increase manager reputation in FM 2006.
3. Are stadium expansions any different now for smaller clubs? How about new stadiums? Has anyone had a new stadium built?
4. Is there now a more realistic way to sign staff and find players available on loan without using the search function?
1. Yes. Got sacked at Gaz Metan (Romanian 2nd div) and got a job at Kastoria (Greek 2nd div) and an offer from some Belorussian wnd div team. And I play as Slovenian.
2. Have no clue whatsoever, since i haven't come that far yet.

4. Yes. Job centre is now a way to go.
If (ie.) all your coaches are poached, all your money is spent and all your applicants are currently employed, you still have to resort to the Staff Search (), IMHO.
I've had great luck with the job centre so far - seemingly realistic, if not always what I wanted. I recommend trying it out to see if it's working for you.
The job centre was crap in FM 2006, which necessitated using the search function anwway. You would end up with unrealistic applicants, like several coaches from Ecuador and Bolivia applying for your vacancy in the German Regionaliiga.
So I was wondering if you now see more realistic applications in the job centre.
