The biggest problem I encounter at FM while playing as a LLM is that, when my team performs well higher league teams starts to bid in my best players and as I always reject these bids my players become unhappy.. So unfotunately I have to sell these players!

How can I solve this problem, any Ideas?

Which is what happens in real life - that is life as a LLM - just get the best deal you can for them when they do go (If you think they are future stars get a sell on clause) and get the best results you can while they are in your team.

You just keep signing more until your reputation reaches the point where you can keep stars. Simple.

As the good WingCo would say...fine them, fine them hard...and then when they complain at being fined...fine them again.

Once you've fined them about seven times you'll have alienated the entire squad, the fans and the board and you'll get sacked.

i reckon you should just quote and impossible price to the club thats biddong for your player, and put a ridiculous asking price. pretty simple n worth a shot

In my experience you shouldn't be afraid to cash in, especially if you have good scouts who can find better players for less

nailing their feet to the floor always works for me but their footy tends to suffer

Nope i positively encourage bidding wars for my best players when they get down to one year left.

Nearly sold a player for £3.2m once but he went somewhere else that i had accepted early for just £1m

I generally sell every summer and try and replace them with younger players with smaller wages...

I agree, ship out the players you think you can replace, but never ever fall into the trap of selling a wonderkid. I did this in FM06 and he went on to become the best player in the world and I sold him for $2.5 million
