Just curious. Assuming that being a LLM, the squad talent and ability will be reasonably low. So my question is, do you get an average player (who may be one of your best considering the rest o fthe team, but by no means a great player) to tutor and link with a younger one? I mean, will they really learn anything? Also, how do you know who suits each other. i tried the above, only to have the two fall out.

I think that is one thing that every llama will have to figure out for themselves.

At the moment I have a young goalie being tutured by an old goalie... I have NFI if it is doing any good.

Go to the young player and click on player interaction. Tell the player he could learn a lot from *some old fart* and the rest you will see in the news...

Yeah, I have looked there, but most people are writing about larger club stars helpng out the young guys. I am more concerned about my lower league teams influence on others.
