While I'm waiting on my copy of FM 2007, I've been playing a saved game on WSM 2006. I started unemployed and let the game simulate a full year to test my new computer system. Then, when an interesting club was promoted to the French National and had no manager, I decided to apply for the job.

I was hired but noticed right away that I did not have the finances option from the left side club menu. I've since played more than a month into the second season, and there is still no option to view finances. Maybe this is by design and the finances option is only missing until a full season has been completed at a playable level in the game. But for now I am unable to see any financial information for my club. The option is simply missing!

Has anyone seen this before?

As I've said before, I post here because I trust the responses of other LLaMas. Besides, what do you think the odds are that someone from elsewhere on the forums has ever managed a club newly promoted from the unplayable ranks? I'm sure that someone who has managed Arsenal to the treble would be of tremendous help with this issue.

If you trust the responses of LLaMas why did you flat out ignore Jason's advice in that GQ thread?

Because Jason doesn't have much credibility with me. I may have had my go at SI, but I'm not going to take people very seriously when they attack others for doing the same thing that they've already been yellow carded for.
