This is as true in real life as it is in the game, and you can find it very easily for yourself.

From the rules of the Football Association:
"(i) Nursery Clubs
Any Club which is under obligation to another Club, written or otherwise, by reason of which it has not the sole and entire control of its own management, finances and players, shall be deemed to be a “Nursery Club” and is not entitled to be a Full Member Club or Associate Member Club."
Thus any financial agreements or preferred deals are not allowed under FA rules and as such any 'nursery' club would be kicked out of the league.
We do not give a flying **** what SI do in allowing feeder clubs, but we, in here, will not sanction feeder clubs.
