ive tryed about 12 times now i played with just the english leagues running incl north and south and large database yet when i go to say a non league side say harrogate railway no players appear and i know they are there why dont the show in my game anybody have any ideas why they are all greyed out
If you want them you will have to retain the English players when you start a game. It is not the LLM way, but since the huge database was removed, the only way you will get players at these clubs.
I have retained all the players for the UK plus Ireland, but that's my choice, as I like to have an interactive experience when playing.
It may well be frowned upon, but I like to have as enjoyable experience as possible, which you can't have with most of the players in the non playable leagues missing. By the way, to counter this, I am also playing the top division of all the leagues in Europe. The game is slow, but that's no problem for me, as I am extremely slow player anyway.
Anyway, no one is more of a Lower League zealot than me. :p

This is when you start a new game. You select the leagues you want in game, and below it gives you an option to retain players from individual countries.
