I'm Bristol Rovers. They start in the red, can't remember exactly, I think -£300k. Therefore, my transfer budget was £2k.
It's now mid-January. I had a storming run in the League Cup, beating Brentford, Sheff Wed, Ipswich, West Ham (!), finally going out to Arsenal. Every game was at home.
So, I've managed to make £1 million. The problem is, my transfer budget hasn't changed, and I've requested more money, and they told me to **** off.
If I gave an ultimatum, I'd be sacked on the spot. Is there nothing I can do?

What Nobby said. If you didn't start a new season it won't get factored in. Your contract only offers a cut of outgoing transfers for your budget, not of gate receipts.

More to the point, is why is he managing Bristol Rovers if it is his first season? Not LLM unless he's running the game on a 486 and can only go down to League Two.
