Generally speaking you should go for Conference Regional. There are arguments for Conference being LLM, but really it's only for those with carp computers or who just are dipping their toes in. LLM is the LOWEST playable league in the country.

There may be a mention in the guidelines that mention League Two as lower league...ish, iirc, but me thinks that's taking the pish.

Just as an example, I'm about to embark on my 8th season. One in Turkey, 2 in the conference north, 4 in the conference and am now embarking on league football for the firs time. I've got to say that's 8 years of toil that I'm sure has enhanced my enjoyment of this save. :thup:

I was going to start as Unemployed, as I've never done it before, but I wasn't getting any jobs. I dont see the point in being LLM and having a rep - whats the highest jobs you can get at the beginning as Unemployed?
