The thing is Bluebirds, the transfer or loan list does not exist in real life. Its not like the Managers have a glasses guide sent around each month with player values, whos transfer listed etc.

The search screen is there to help you in the game, but it is not in the ethic of LLM. Your scouts will find all sorts of players that are suitable for your club. So if your at a crap club in a crap division...well you can see where this going.

Actually, I brought up this issue in the past, and the general opinion expressed here was that it was okay IF you also had your assitant manager filter out unrealistic targets.

It's a necessary eveil because this is a major problem with the game. Your scouts are basically unable to target players available for loan, and the AI clubs have a massive advantage as a result. They routinely loan players while the human manager has no way of ever finding a decent number of players available for loan.

That was definitely not the general opinion around here. Refer to iajafer's quote of himself. This place was much better without you, you should return to not posting around here.

You're right, checking a couple of the past topics, it wasn't a clear majority view. But there was some support for it, and based on several topics on this forum, it seemed a bit of a grey area when it comes to the very limited use of the filter function as a way for compensating for unrealistic scouting flaws in game.

As for your other comments, I will take the high road, thank you. I apologize if I have offended anyone around here.

I already emailed one of the mods earlier this week, to clear up a misunderstanding about something that I had actually NOT done, which was ask a question here that I had asked elsewhere on the forums.

Anyway, if anyone has decided to be disgusted with me, then I can't do much about that other than to apologize and make up for it with some decent posts.
