Well, when you recieve a message from your assistant about the training regime you know its time to move some things around, i mostly have the attacking training on high wereas the goalkeeping i keep low, you have to play around a bit with the intensity

i think everyone is having the problem with loads of injuries... the only thing i can put it down to is that maybe there are too many rabbit holes on the field

I haven thad that much of a problem with injuries,Well maybe making the training less intensive around the december periods,to keep your player fresh and healthy.

i havnt had many problems with injuries except with 1 player julio baptista gets injured all the time does my head in apart from that no problem
