to add to my previous post, it could be awarded for bringing through Youth players (Average age of players used in a season less than 21?) - you would then be invited to manage a local team formed by a Youth Club that has joined the Conf (or lowest division in the country you're in) - you would be able to name the club and the initial squad would be 16-17 year old regens.

damn not being allowed to edit posts

obviously this would only be unlockable at the end of the season, and the new club would replace one of the relegated clubs (one less "Lower division" club would be promoted) except in Scotland where the team finishing bottom of d3 would need to be shown the door
