you will only start with a tiny transfer budget, so go for the free south americans. i signed felipe, pablo ore, diego belmar and joao carlos (what a fantastic keeper!). pablo ore would only sign with a big club release clause though, and hes off like a shot in season 2. you should get about8 million for him. carlos is in my opinion the best keeper in the game. i only conceded 12 goals in first season. just make sure he not the only foreigner in the squad though as he gets homesick. dont be fooled by mooney, he starts well, but then gets crocked all the time, and brings down the moral of the entire squad with his moaning. use ntfc's 4-4-3 tactic and youll be flying!

do a search for players aged 15ish, region south america and no club. if you still have probs, ill send you my save game.(although im in season 4 in prem now!)
