What does this even mean?

first season with aberdeen i'm doing ok, and the board say theyre very pleased i'm looking after the clubs long term ambitions, by this guess i'm being good with money, using and signing youth players etc.

so i carry on doing the same thing.

next season, theyre disappointed i'm Not looking after the clubs long term ambitions.

so what are they actually considering when they say that?

There is a known bug with Board expectations so install the patch.

yeah its bugged theres still confidence problems in the beta hopefully fixed in the full

yeah that doesnt matter to me... i want to know what theyre actually referring to, not whether it works or not.

Check the board confidence screen out you should have told you what they aim at within a couple of years. My board for example want the team to be a major player in the CC League 1 by the end of a 5 year plan.

no what i mean is, what factors are they considering when they say long term future?

do they mean your league position? how you use youth players? what players you bring in? how well you use your money?

Its not explained.
