Your professor will appreciate that he/she has one less paper to grade when everyone else turns in their papers, and if there are any errors that would have left you with a B, your professor will likely give it back and tell you what to fix, which should take another maybe 15 minutes of your time.

The best part is, while everyone else is scrambling, printers malfunctioning, etc, you're playing FM with a clear conscience.

(Yes, i was the only person in my dorms playing FM and making snowmen during the "reading" days when everyone else is cramming for finals )
I remember telling myself the same thing when I was in school. It's much easier said then done. I remember telling myself, "Ok, I'm going to go home and finish this essay, then I'll have the weekend to play." Come Sunday night, I'm still playing, but haven't even started the essay.

I think SI's motto for next year's FM should be "Can't stop, Won't stop".

No ****, LOL.

Takes a lot of self discipline. Most people simply can't do it, no matter how beneficial it is to them.

A bit like the treadmill in a way.

Within 2 Weeks of college, i couldnt cope not playing it all the time, so i got my dad to buy me a laptop for 'college work'

I then proceeded to play FM (CM)

*In the morning
*On my way to college
*During Class (Had some skill to do that right there)
*Between Classes
*After College
*Days Off
*Weekends

And yea, I still passed the course with flying colours, but i had to knckle down the last 4 weeks to catch up. Still got me Two Distinctions in Advance IT and a A in Advance Math.

Guess some people just got it in them, huh.

Fm definitely have costed my educational grades to drop over the years. Not playing it is easy, but not thinking about it while you're not playing is hard. Alot of time during lectures, i kept on thinking about FM instead of what my professor was talking about.

I could've graduated university with higher degrees if i was not playing cm/fm series i'll remember all my life when me and my 3 frieds started a network game in serie A on friday evening(monday we had a object programming final test)... we didn't actually care about our final test.. we played till sunday morning without a sleep My beloved Inter went on wining serieA and Uefa cup, my friend won Champions league and Italian Cup Saturday morning at 7 am we even went to buy a beer to celebrate our success I must admit it was hilarious Then we just slept all sunday , and on monday we passed the test easily

Well im currently in my second year at college and finding it hard to close Fm down takes alot of willpower. My advice like others have said done it when you get it or do most of the work when given it and just keep thinking bout it till you get home and do it while it's still fresh. Many a times ive done a 3 week assignment in the space of a monday afternoon.
