I made an established defender tutor a promising defender, and the youngster had this message "similar type of player to ...". So I thought "sure and connected them"; one week later they're both unhappy because of personality differences. Luckily this didn't last long (although another player got concerned too)

I'm already thinking of making more connections (I already have 6), can you tell if they'll have personality differences before they're connected?
