I can only see the other leagues i aint chose to play in and its so annoying

Firstly, please leave tour textspeak and capital letters at the door.

You need logopacks for the EPL due to exclusive licensing owned by EA. Some leagues have no logos but you can easily fix that at the graphics forum.

yeh but how can the english league not have a license and portugese do ?

Because EA are bullies with money and forced the EPL to sign an exclusive deal in exchange for buckets of money.
