IRL though there are no end of grants available for stadium developments, are these in the game?

I'm sure this is something that SI will look at either in the next patch or for FM09.

There have been a number of issues and problems noted in the forums regarding the financial model. Of particular not is the fact Manchester United seem to go into administration on many peoples games after a number of seasons.

Issues with stadium expansions or new builds may need tweeking a little also.
