Default How do you get a player who's performing poorly to find his form?
Hi all.

I just got the game and I'm playing Newcastle United.I've bought Vagner Love from CSKA at the start of the season but he's totally off form.I've played about 26 games now and he's only got about 6 goals.On his profile,it says that he "hasn't settled as well as he would like in the area".What can I do to get him performing like he should?Thanks!

As a Sunderland fan "can you blame him hes probably being beaten up by Barton for being new lol"

As an FM fan you just have to hope he settles or do what I do find when you have a few days free arange a friendly against your U18s play him as a lone target man striker he'll score loads because you will out class them and he'll be chuffed.

Sorry but I have to I hope he doesn't settle and you get relegated.

buy a player/staff member from his own country who speaks his own language to help him send him in.

Also, when you have some free dates in the fixture table, arrange a friendly with a really low quality team - like a non league side.

Hopefully he should bang in a good few and that will bring his confidence up.

It can take a year or so to settle in. This is why you have to think twice before bringing in a foreigner.
