From looking at everything I would have to say I guess it depends on what team u are. If you are worse team, then he could well be a quality signing, even with a slow speed and inconsistency, depending on his other traits of course. I don't think it's that strange to have the board differ from the opinion of the assistant manager, just as their views would differ with the manager's. Just a thought

It happened to me a couple of times when I was in some other teams (premiership) and they players were 36/37 years old

so why on earth are you trying to sign him and more importantly why would the scouts say what they did!!?? I have the same scouts at chelsea and have never had a problem like that, not that i'd even look at a player that bad!

I've seen these players before. He has a very low CA but a very high PA. He will never reach his PA, seeing as he is 30, but your scout and ass man don't recognize his age, just the CA and PA.
