have. I think I even won the game 3-2 in the last minutes. The computer was probably swearing and cursing at the referee.

Yep, I've seen this before. It didn't happen to me, but I've seen it happen to the AI.

Had it happen against me thankfully Craig Gordon justified his price tag that day lol sadly I wanted to strangle Greg Halford for giving away 3 pens and getting himself sent off in the process.

I've never had one in a game I've played, but in some dodgy under-21 match (something like Hong Kong vs East Timor) that I saw the result of while the game was processing, one of the teams scored 5 penalties - 3 for one player, 2 for another!
