I need your help people!!!

I have the arsenal skin but i have lots of problems

1) It is an RAR file

2)I placed the arsenal file in the skins folder with Flexeon & Felexon Right and still doesn't show up on the game

3) The files in Felexon & Felexon Right are XML files?

Please help me sort my issues out!!!!!111

U just need extract that RAr file and inside the extracting file there is one more Rar file.Extract that file an u should see inside it arsenal-edition folder.Copy that folder to CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\skins
