Constructive criticism as always from me:
Menubar buttons might look better centered vertically within the colour changing area - at the moment it's a bit closer to the top than the bottom.
The Footer needs something doing to it. It doesn't really follow the same lines at the header - it's too plain. Perhaps you could mirror the colour changing area from the header (ie not full length with a rounded end - perhaps coming from the right of the screen and stopping before the left).

I agree about the menubar buttons but unfortunatley when they are vertically centered the Continue button looks very squashed in.
The Footer is something that will change, your suggestion would look cool if I could do it.
