As it is now the 'continue' button isn't centered vertically in the space it has, there is more below. I mean it's you are in a better position to judge but moving the continue button down, along with the menubar buttons I don't think would look cramped at all. If you aren't going to move the menubar buttons the the continue should be more centered from where it is now anyway.

2) Faded background logos won't be catered for (as in my other skin) as they can only really be used with the default skin, due to the shape of them |
Faded background logos can still be used in areas of up to about 60-65px in height therefore would work GREAT in this skin. All you would need to do is layer the components correctly ie:
colour changing area -> background logo on top -> surrounding area on top of that with cutout to see colour changing area.
example of what I mean
The colour changing area is only 59px high - that's small enough so that you wouldn't see the curve on the background logo. All you need is for the white surround bit to be above the logo to cover the curved bits you don't want. </BLOCKQUOTE>
I've been creating titlebar logos (the creased ones on susie) and I've got them as untrimmed (i.e. 100 pixel rectangular images), and changing the action that Ter released so that it doesn't trim is a doddle too. So titlebar logos shouldn't be a problem.
