the error that you recieve should also indicate which config it is referring to.
The message means that there is an unrecognisable character in that config file.

Open the config with notepad and look at line 116 (bottom right of notepad will tell you which line your cursor is on) and check the format of the line is correct "">\ and so on

I get this error to? but I wouldn't know what config-file is causing it. Is there a way to know this?
