I read on here somewhere that league reputation is fixed (doesn't change) once a game starts. Can anyone confirm this?
Anyway, I used the editor to boost the reputations of the German, French, Dutch and Portuguese top two leagues and national cup competitions up to 18 (the level of the EPL and Serie A). I also dropped the Spanish PL's rep to 18.
So when I started a new game, in the initial transfer period, there were still players transfering to Italian, English and Spanish clubs who were "excited at the prospect of playing in a better standard of league".
What's going on here?
On a similar note, what does the 'competition level' value do?
the competition level i think means
0: top league (English Premiership or Sscottish Premierleague)
1: second level league (English Championship/(Scottish F.L. Div1)
2: third level league (league 1 /Div 2)
0: Knockout comp
