I am thinking of either:

Making a new team from scratch, placing them in the blue square north/south. And taking them to the top.

How much money would i need to give the team, stadium size,reputation, ect ect.

Or

What changes would i need to make, to make Leeds a premiership team again?

money:100.000.000 euro balance, 90.000.000 euro transfer budget, 5.000.000 euro for wages and select SUGAR DADDY!!!!!
when you'll start the game you may have only abouat a few hundred thousands euro for wages... any money you need just ask!!! the board(sugar daddy) should give you all you need
for more satisfaction, create ONE player from scratch and put it into Leeds team. Give him a potential of 190-200 if it's a defender or -(minus)10 if is an attacker, and a current ability of 90-100. Enjoy making him a star!!!
