In those versions, each tactic engine is different by versions?

and do you know when those versions are released?

The only change from 7.0.1 to 7.0.2 according to SI was the fact that red cards were slightly less common. As far as I can tell, this seems to be true.

As for the 7.0.0 to 7.0.1, the patch should contain a changelist which outlines everything that changed.

And finally. 7.0.0 was released with the game. 7.0.1 was released around November time I believe. 7.0.2 was released to give everyone the data update for the Janauary transfer window and fix a few bugs.
