There are quite a lot around on here, but what I do is:
GK, 2 full backs set to "stay back".
My best header/jumper is set to "near post flick on".
I then have my best corner taker obviously taking them, with my best "long shots" person as "outside area".
Then I set corners (on team instructions) as "near post" on the side that allows it to be an inswinging corner (ie; if I've got a right footed corner taker, the inswinging corner is from the left) and mixed on the other side.
I score a lot from the front post corner, and a few less - but still a lot - from the mixed as he often picks out the man on the edge of the box, who hits it in, whether scoring or creating a scramble which sometimes goes in.
