Hello friends, I want to share my tactic with you.
The formation is 4-4-2. Let us see a screenshot:
This tactic is tested only for Premiership teams like Middlesbrough, Aston Villa, Wigan Athlethic. The most important case in this tactic is target man concept. We put left FC as target man and he gets the passes. He should be effective in air so we should select someone whose jumping is 18+. Left MC is attacking MC and right MC is defensive MC, another point that you should consider. If you put your right FC as someone whose pace and acceleration is 17+, then he will beat all offside traps and will be one on one with keeper. But the key player in your tactic ise your target man, i.e your left FC.
The playing style of the team is direct or long. All the team want to pass the ball to the target man.
The best target men that I can remember are Rolando Bianchi, Nikola Zigic, Steffen Iversen, Miroslav Klose an in future Batuhan Karadeniz.
With this tactic, I have been third in 1st season with Boro and Villans. In 2nd season I have been the 1st in Premiership and won the Champions League.
Some screens of matches that I have played: (Plase look at the headers won)
And that is my Premiership performance:

I am open to feedbacks about mantality , closing down, etc.
