Hi All,
This is the first tactic that I have submitted to the forums, so go easy on me.

The formation is a 41212 (442 "diamond") formation with the focus of attack down the wings. The formation looks like this:
This tactic has had very good success for both my Liverpool and Wolves sides; I've not tested it in other leagues at this stage.
The reason I am posting this tactic is to get some feedback on the results that other users receive along with suggestions on how to make the tactic "better" - specifically the fullbacks and AMC.
The instructions for the wingers should be tailored...as an idea I do not tell my wingers to cross if their crossing is under 15...
An example of this is:
Player A has crossing of 13 and passing of 17
I would select this player to cross mixed while TTB's often.
Home and Away games
The tactic provided is essentially a "nuetral" one, and I often move only the team's attacking bias for home and away matches - 2 notches down for away and 3 notches up for home. (In away matches the AMC is brought back to the MC position and the arrows on the ML/MR are removed.)
Thanks for taking the time to look into this tactic and for any suggestions provided.
