I have noticed that I am not seeing the kind of improvements you used to see with Ulyser add training. I am using his FM2007 and it just does not seem to be working, are ther any other regimes that people would recommend.

the ajax training schedule is quit good. matts training schedule is also good. i have used them both to good effect.
