Just got this last night on my Arsenal 06/07 game. Now I have a reputation as a 'tactical tinkerer' who keeps his opponents guessing. I thought this was class and haven't seen it before! I only have 5 set tactics which I use. Hope i don't come unstuck from 'tinkering' too much
I don't know if it can be qualified as good or bad... I saw this in one game. Media used to say this hinting that my tinkering voodoo confused my opponents getting me good results. Until I lost a hopeless match and they said my tinkering was undone.

I've asked my wife to now refer to me only as 'the tinkerman'. So far she has refused, but the Tinkerman will not take no for an answer. The Tinkerman will come up with a new strategy to address this problem. :cool:
well i'm now at xmas and still undefeated. And guess what, I've progressed from being a tinkerer, now i'm being widely hailed as a 'tactical genius' who has a 'golden touch' when it comes to choosing the right tactics. Ha ha this is a hoot! :cool:

I have basically built the tactics around the rule of one theory by twfan, with different settings for home/away matches, and a mix of attacking, possession and defensive tactics.I spent some time setting them all up with specific closing down etc etc, and adding a few of my own tweaks. Now I have about 4 tactics I use regularly, and a couple of variations on these for depending on who is in my team, or who i am playing against. But as I said, if someone can tell me how to post them I'll try and find the time.
