Default A little help for a newb?

Hey guys, I just wanted to know how to make those yellow arrows on the tactics screen (see pic below). If someone could give me some instructions that would be a great help, thank you.

Hold down the right mouse button on top of the players shirt on the formation screen and drag it to another position, then release.
