A club that has decent players example tottenham standard, but a club that has great support from chairman and fans, prefer a club in england that has underachieved not exactly looking at the big 4 clubs... please help me i also want a medium stadium with huge potential!

pompey. ambitious chairman (with lots of cash) best fans in england! and moving to a new stadium in 2011! good players but room for improvement and not expected to do brilliantly! perfect.
