want to start as a championship club that i can take into the premiership and stay there and go onto great things.

club needs to have......

-good board who are generous
-good fans and stadium and facilities
-good budget at the start
-want to create a young british squad with pace

maybe wolves? palace?

basically need advice on who to play as, AND who to buy and sell for that club.
