What attributes should I look for when I am employing an assistant manager?

I basically look pretty much about everything over 15,such as:
Tactical knowledge so that he can play friendly matches with success
Motivating and man handle so that i can refer to him in half-time to do the team talking when im unsure what to say to the team
Judging CA and PA so that he can give me good reports in "Get team Report" feature and have an idea of how strong my team is each time
and maybe level of discipline for some serious actions such as fines,etc
