Just wondering what is the best wayto unsettle a player because it never seems to work with me?

first you have to be sure that you're club ha sbetter reputation then the player's club. if his contract finishes in 1 year better. i always say i admire his talent and wait for his reaction, if he says he liked my comment then i make an offer for the player value. worked for me on Daniel Carvalho with Benfica

get a scout report and make sure he would be interested in joining your club before stating your interest
