Dont always go by the Rules, ive been Ok on DA for a while now. Shadowness is the same really, except the supply of Stocks. I always credit, as it's the right thing to do. Not that I get many Stocks off DA now

Yeah, just on your stuff have like 'Images courtesy of their respective owners' and you should be fine, but thats not a promise.

Precisely, theyve done it to me before, took my whole gallery down a couple months back, but ive put up all my new stuff and fuck-all has happened. I don't see the problem if no money is being exchanged for the works. If its just practice, it shoulddn't be a problem imo. If its a web design and youve used stocks, then credit them, its only fair, but if its football images, theres no point relly, you don't know the acual original owner.

It's not just Football Images. Any 3rd Party Images, like Music, Actors/Actresses, anything that you didnt make.

Sheesh, you rebels ! Unfortunately all the images used in the web template I'm making are not stock images so I'm a little screwed in that sense. In fact there are a few adverts in there too for PDS (SA can have a free space when it's up no probs, if you want one). But magazines do that so it can't be all that bad.

Also it isnt like DA is the only place to upload art. And loads of people do this so I doubt DA Admins can take every single copyright piece people do. The whole 'Images courtesy of their respective owners' is there so the Lazy Mods dont delete ur work.
