I've tried playing him at both AMC and ST roles but he has just returned average performances. I play a 4-2-3-1 and rotate quite heavily, does he just need lots of games to settle in? Which position should I play him in?
If it is AMC, what kind? I play my centre AMC as a typical attacking midfielder but the two others as central-winger type players, with outwards arrows and crossing instructions.

i've just got him up front in a 4-4-2 but yes found that playing him regularly helps a hell of alot!!! he had a slow first season but in season two he's like this: p - 25(3) g - 29 ass - 12

if your playing him as an striker you need to play him up front with someone else, he doesnt make a good lone striker, also give him a fre role and set all balls into feet for him.
