Hey guys, Im new here and newbie to FM07

I enjoy the game so far but there are few things I wonder of someone could help out with, I did forum search but didn't find direct answers.

I have started the game as england manager but then resigned and accepted offer from Carshalton as a challange in first season won with them the cup and took them over to conference national.
During that time I have been offered affiliation with Arsenal which I thought was really cool!! but, no when requesting a loan Arsenal accepts but players reject the loan kinda sucks

Are there any ways to make those players want to move for full time football?

Thank you for any help with this!

I'm guessing that you asked this here because you figure Carshalton are a lower league team, and this is the Lower League Managers forum...

If you read the forum header and stickies, you'll see there's a lot more to the forum than that.

It's specifically against FA rules for two English Clubs to form a parent/feeder relationship, and as we attempt to play the game as realistically as possible, we don't form the kind of relationship you are asking your question about.

So it's not really an issue for us, if you see what I mean...

Sorry we couldn't help (apart from Turnip's of course) - try asking in the GQ forum

Did you really think the question through in any case. Regardless of the ramifications for the LLaMa edict would you think a fringe player at Arse is going to play for a Conference side on loan????

What do you do if the board goes over your head and makes you a feeder club of another team without your permission?

Elrawkum and all thanks for your replies. Your replies make a bit more sense than turnips

wewak, I was trying to get a reserve player on load which wasn't even a regular, thought he would be interested for some fulltime football and becoming star of my team but guess not

ow and maybe someone can help me with this one, please no flaming

Arsenal as an affiliated club said it will offer friendly games but it always rejects it and its almost end of the season. Contract said I think it should accept two games (I'm at work, don't remember details).

Any coments on that?
