Scouts getting snitched and there i am :(

Before people start waving fingers at me - I am only raising an issue here - I am not trying to disrupt the rulles concerning LLM.

I'm just curious as to why some of you play the game so restrictively and those who do play it in such a restrictive way whether you really enjoy the game for what it is?

Again.

LLM's about playing the game as realistically as the game allows. The game gives you scouts and a job centre, that's what LLaMas use, what the game gives you.

The game doesn't give you 'net sites, PFA lists, agents knocking at your door (not well, anyway) or anything else which may exist in a real life manager's office.

That's the realism we talk about, "as realistically as the game allows."

We don't take the easy way out, we don't look for shortcuts, we play with what's available in the game.

It's only restrictive to those who want an easy ride.

However (and please consider my view here), it would also be realistic to put an advert in the newspaper and have unemployed coaches/scouts applying for the job as well wouldn't it? Unfortunately SI have not included this on the new version.

Sorry Mr Judas, but you're not right on your last statement.

I've had 15 unemployed physios applying to my physio ad, 12 unemployed coaches to the coaching vacancy one and 3 unemployed blokes adept at being my right hand when I asked for them at the lower echelons.

Admitedly it was in France and perhaps the game not retaining enough lower league playing and non-playing staff has to do with the fact that some people seem to be experiencing issues with the ads.

But I can guarantee that the job center works as intended (at least when you're managing in the French National).

Yep, it would be absolutely realistic to advertise in a paper for unemployed scouts, and as soon as SI introduce it into FM then I'll be the first to do so.

I get alot of unemployed coaches of different types of training (and signed some cz i find training important, and i want a big good training staff .... the board have now stopped me from hireing more ... :eek

But not a single person has applied to my team in the position as a scout, gonna start asking my players soon if they have any friends that is in the scouting buissiness

I do want to stay as realistic as possible therefore i havnt looked in staff search yet

but i find it unrealistic that nobody, not even a "wannabe dont know **** about scouting" has even tried to apply to my team.

PS damn those adverts in job center is expensive.... :thdn:
