It's already in the Guidelines, which, of course, you'd know if you read them...

As for loans, it depends on how you found out about them... Did your scouts find them for you? Did a team or agent offer them to you? Did you play against them and when you sent your scouts to look at them, did you note that they were available for loan? Or did you just read about them in GP&TG or through some other untoward and unrealistic means?

If the latter, It's not LLM... but will you care?

but i've got 2 players on loan, that's ok, right?
Ah, you have fallen into the trap of not having fully read and comprehended the rules and guidleines thread.

I quote from the thread

"Some LLaMa’s use the search screen to shortlist players in their area and then send off their scouts to find out how good a player he really is. Other more zealous LLaMas avoid this screen entirely letting their scout do the job for which he was hired ie: finding players. Signing “known” players is a big no no. Known players are ones that are known to you through outside influences, or have been signed and performed well for you in previous games of CM. Regardless of what you tendency is with the Search Screen, no player should ever be signed unless he is first given the once over by one of your scouts."

This makes it clear that only scouted players can join the team.

The rest of it you are getting, along with the, not uncommon, ritual abuse of the newcomer to the forum (especially for people who have been using Satan's fora), before final absolution and acceptance will be gained.

Do not be put off, most of us have been through this process. If you really want to play the game our way, just do it.

Loanees are OK so long as they have been scouted. If you did not scout them, in error, don not worry this time but make sure it doesn't happen again.

The most common complaint is the fact that the AI will take loanees from much higher level clubs and that they take all the best players which you do not, at the start, know about. this is fine.
Remember, the AI is not as clever as you and needs all the help it can get.

One of them I had scouted, and was on loan-status,
the other one was on loan-status,
but haven't scouted him extra, (his skills were vissible)
was a backup player anyway...

They must have all been scouted or how did you find them?

Players must be scouted/trialed before you buy/loan them.

Scouts find the players, you then decide if you want them scouted more, on trial or buy/loan them,

That's it, end of any discussion. I can't see why you cannot grasp this very simple concept.

If you do it any other way it's not LLM. If you don't want to play that way then fine, but don't come in here and tell us about it.

If you do want to play the way we do, then excellent, welcome aboard we are glad to have you. You don't need to start a new game, although I probably would, just don't do it again.

You have had enough replies here now to understand. I am closing this because anything else after this I think will be deemed as baiting and I can't be arsed handing out any cards.
